  • Proof of purchase is manditory with serial number
  • Season ends December 31 of the calendar year
  • You must keep your pool liner full of water at all times
  • Under no conditions will the manufacture be responsible for labour charges , loss of water, chemicals or any other related damages that could occur
  • Any or all freight charges for any liner returned, repair or replaced must be paid by the owner,
  • If manufacturer's inspection confirms a defect.
  • The manufacturer agrees to replace or repair at its option, any portion of the liner.

LinerWerx warrants that your liner/ original puchaser, free from defects in workmanship, for a period of ten seasons, on a pro rated basis as listed. To assure your warranty remember to examine your liner carefully to assure proper installation and proper winterizing procedures are followed, as the manufacturer is not reponsible for tears or punctures caused by improper handling or chemical abuse.

Lifetime Pro Rated Warranty

CoverWerx warranty for the safety cover is extended to the original purchaser only, to be free from defects in workmanship, for a lifetime of pool seasons.

CoverWerx is not responsible for damages due to improper installation, improper use, improper handling, premature deterioration from chemical over exposure or damage caused by water levels that drop more than 15" below the top of the pool deck. Store the cover elevated and, in the bag, provided.

The pool cover is for seasonal use only or while on vacation; it is NOT a cover for everyday use.

The Pool Cover System warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase and serial number.
  • Proper seasonal storage in the bag provided.
  • Season ends on April 30th of the calendar year.
  • All freight charges for the repair/replacement of your safety cover must be paid for by the consumer.
  • Cover to be clean and dry. Remove ALL springs & buckles before returning your pool cover to CoverWerx.

If a CoverWerx inspection confirms a defect in the safety cover, CoverWerx agrees, at its discretion, to replace or repair the pool cover.
